Medical Dental Building

A History of Caring

Synonymous with outstanding healthcare for over eight decades, Seattle’s Medical Dental Building has long been considered one of downtown’s most venerable destinations. With over 125 tenants, our build- ing continues to provide patients with the highest quality of care and most established practitioners in the region. Originally conceived and built by doctors and dentists to accommodate their practices, the commitment to maintain the building’s singular focus remains: catering to a community of excellent medical, dental and alternative care practitioners and their patients.

Medical Dental Building

Modern

While preserving the Medical Dental Building was of the utmost importance to the owners, there was also much attention paid to upgrading the building’s interior spaces offering our tenants and their visitors beautifully designed medical, dental & general office space while still maintaining the original charm of the building.

Featured Tenant - Suite 1226 ~ PeaceTrees Vietnam

PeaceTrees Vietnam was founded in 1995 to renew relationships with the people of Vietnam and promote a safe, healthy future for its children.  Their work focuses on Quang Tri province, an area heavily impacted by the legacy of war.  Over the last thirty years, more than 10,800 people in the province have been killed or maimed by landmines and unexploded ordnance.  In one out of every five cases, the victim is a child.
